During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with. "

The constant influx of workers entering my home, especially my disabled father, made me and him quite uneasy. On December 24, 2025, I reached out to Jenson because the grout was falling out and the senior grab bars were not properly installed. These issues posed a significant safety hazard for my father, who had a stroke and has right side weakness. My father was the sole reason I needed to redo my bathroom. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Jenson, I was assured that someone would come to address the issues. However, as of January 24, 2026, no one has shown up. Jenson had informed me on five separate occasions that someone would be coming, and I was home waiting for them, but they never arrived. Sadly I am left to resolve this on my own.
