"Antonio, at Greenovative, was great. I really enjoyed his professionalism. He and his crew found creative ways to decrease the price of the project. We are happy we gave Greenovative this project. Honestly, we will use them again."

"I've had amazing follow ups by the president of this company, and I have had my pool cover for 4 years, and it's still like brand new, and it has been a great experience."

"An overall outstanding experience with Alex, Rob, Leo, and remodel magic. I'm in the real estate business, and have worked with all kinds of contractors. The price was very fair and inclusive, minimal "nickel and dime" behavior. Communication was excellent throughout, changes to the plan were promptly addressed. They respond virtually 7 days a week, at all hours. Full service, licensed team, from worker's comp to licensed elec/plumbing. There was none of the sleaziness associated with many NYC companies. The actual work done is also quite excellent, and any deficiencies are addressed without complaint or argument. Would absolutely use them again!"

"We are completely delighted. Everything went perfectly. Danny, our sales representative, was great at explaining options, and was always available for questions. The expert installers, Andreas and Dmitri, were fun to work with, responsive to our requests, and even installed our new doorbell. I look forward to working with this excellent company again for new windows."

"we chose another builder but would give them serious consideration on another project

"I knew it was going to be challenging to find an investor that would lend me money for this real estate venture.  I have lived 20 years in a four unit historic condominium building in downtown Jersey City and I wanted to buy the unit above me as an investment property.  But with Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac rules, they would not give me a loan because I would own half the building and this would give me too much control over condo association decisions.  I checked with Angie's List where Central Lending was well recommended and spoke with Mark, the president of Central Lending, about my situation and that I needed an unconventional loan outside of Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac oversights.  After many disappointments and on the very last day of my contract with the seller, Mark found a lender.  And on the very last day of the window to the loan, it closed.  I cannot thank Mark and his assistant Judy enough for their patience and steadfast of seeing this through.  I cannot tell you the emotional roller-coaster ride I went through during the 4 1/2 month duration.  There were many moments that I wanted to give up but Mark reassured me that the sale would happen.  Without Mark's personal intervention with the lender and title company, this deal would not have closed.   You can be sure that when I am in the market to buy unit #3, I will not hesitate to contact Central Lending.  Thank you so much."

"

This is the second time that we have used City Wide Construction & Renovation, and they NEVER disappoint. Nadeem and his crew are always prepared; ready to get the job done; and on time! Not only did they achieve their excellence once again, but they went above and beyond by assisting me with the photos that I needed to send to the insurance company once the work was completed. I wish all of our contractors were this dependable and reliable. It's always a real pleasure dealing with Nadeem. He has the sweetest personality and tries so hard to make you happy in every way. A real gem of guy who works with a quality of excellence and perfection. Need I say more?

"It was great working with Pablo. His workmanship is top of the line. would work with him again"

"Gary and the team did a great job. My wife wanted a timber frame look to the front entrance and the guys created an amazing custom look. Gary made some design suggestions along the way, and we think they really enhanced the overall look. This is the 4th or 5th time we have used Kentstruction and I cannot say enough great things about them."

"Great. This was my first time using Angie's Lift to find a contractor and it went great. I had multiple problems while ordering the material from Home Depot and our contractor, Anthony, handled them all for us. The bathroom looks great, everything works and the workers were very respectful of the rest of the house while ding the work. Overall, it was great and I would definitely use again."
