"Everything from start to finish was excellent. Grace in the office was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Danny, our appliance tech was punctual, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back to install in in 2-3 business days after fixing the refrigerator so we could use it in the meantime. He also provided some advice afterwards about a separate issue without charge. They’ve got a new customer for life. Highly, highly recommended."

"Amazing work! Alex, the repair magician, had a very limited space in which to work and applied ingenuity and experience to complete the job required. I am greatly impressed with his diligence and commitment. THIS is the ONLY appliance repair company I will ever need!"

"I needed him to install a new gas range appliance, he showed up on time and was so efficient! Would highly recommend"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."
