They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. "I felt confident in the initial discussions with the roofing business owner. He showed me pictures he had taken of the roof and the elements that needed repair. He explained the condition he found my flat roof in and offered an explanation of what would need replacement. But all this was contingent on what would be found as the layers were peeled back. The decision was made after seeing the eroded layers to do a gut job and replace the entire roof. Pictures were provided showing the progress as each step was completed. Attention and respectful care was given to my neighbors as vehicles pulled up to unload materials which might have extended across their driveways. Matthew the owner was always available and attentive to any questions or suggestions I had. It was a pleasure working with an owner who takes pride in their work and their workers. "Sunyay representative, Fabricio, reviewed the work to be done, a massive hole in the ceiling, with debris falling or hanging precariously. In order to avoid mold, work could not start until the ceiling area and walls had dried. Once he started, his work was great. The process took a long time, because of drying, but the end product was worth it, and he somehow matched the paint already on the walls. You would never know there had been a disaster in the bedroom. Fabricio is also rare (in a good way) because he gets back to you when you call him. He is reliable and professional. I would use him again, but I hope I don't have to!"
