They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. "I had 6 contractors bid on the job and chose to work with Matthew because he performed the most thorough assessment of the scope of the job--which was huge and complicated given the age of the house (and included gutter work in addition to roofing). He was careful to explain clearly what had to be done, and why. In our case, the project required that the existing roof be completely removed. Matthew also enumerated all of the potential unforeseen problems, issues (and costs) that might come to light once the old roof was ripped out, and he gave an estimated price range for what the overages might be. Once the work got underway, we were also pleased with the professionalism of Matt's foreman and crew. "Sunyay representative, Fabricio, reviewed the work to be done, a massive hole in the ceiling, with debris falling or hanging precariously. In order to avoid mold, work could not start until the ceiling area and walls had dried. Once he started, his work was great. The process took a long time, because of drying, but the end product was worth it, and he somehow matched the paint already on the walls. You would never know there had been a disaster in the bedroom. Fabricio is also rare (in a good way) because he gets back to you when you call him. He is reliable and professional. I would use him again, but I hope I don't have to!"
