"The pictures are the results of the service. The grout and caulking work were fine, but their services all come with a steam cleaning, which left white "dripping" stains on the shower wall, and literal holes in the floor! First they claimed that the holes were the result of dirt and debris being removed in the cleaning...as though the floor was supposed to look this way when clean. Then, they said it was simply a result of the floor being in "bad shape." We didn't hire them for the steam cleaning, and it will cost thousands to undo this obvious damage to the floor. They discounted us 100 bucks. Stay away."
