"I am extremely satisfied with the results. My carpets look so fresh and ALL the spots (pet accidents) are gone. They haven't reappeared after two months, as sometimes has happened in the past. There was no residue or odor. I allowed carpets to get thoroughly dry before walking on them. The white tile with white grout on the bathroom floors is impractical; the grout catches dirty water when the floor is mopped. Since Hayes worked on it, it sparkles. Hayes was recommended on Angie's List, backed up by social media input. I had been skeptical, because of dissatisfaction with previous attempts to use professionals, especially the large chains. I was satisfied in every way and will pay to have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis from now on. It freshened the entire apartment."
