"Assured services came to clean my blinds. The job was okay but not great. Assured Services also repaired my mini blinds MANY times. Although the blinds are opened or closed rarely, if ever, the repair never held. I went to pick up by blinds from the last repair on two separate occasions and the company forgot to leave them. Al, who is difficult to get a hold of, said he would deliver them. He did not and my blinds are gone/missing. I have been patient to wait and resolve this issue, but Al refuses to make good on losing my property. I would not recommend this company ever again. I'm STILL without my blinds."
