They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. I retract a review I previously submitted for The Plumbing Doctor.  What could be considered a miscommunication was overcome in a short time.  John contacted me to make up for the mis-happenings by providing is service complimentary, and I was open to regain the trust that was lost.  We spoke over the phone and scheduled a time for him to come out to my apartment and finalize the few items I had on a punch list that I was needed for a bathroom makeover to be complete (reinstall toilet, shower trim and hook up sink faucet).  He was prompt, and very courteous and even came back a second time to see the work through to its completion.  The Plumbing Doctor is a service that I was grateful of being introduced to through Angie's List.

"Lincoln was A on everything. The only thing is you have to pay in cash for everything, he is an old guy, and don't take checks or charge. He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.
