The dispatch was rude and claimed he didn't know who the owner was when I asked to speak to him. I found out these are the same ripoff artists that misdiagnosed my mom's HVAC resulting in her buying an entire new unit for over $10,000, and then the unit kept shutting off because the real problem was a regulator for the gas line. They're incompetent and unprofessional."

It took nearly 18 hours and three separate appointments to replace a single fuse under a warranty installed on November 4, 2025. The dispatch, scheduling, and supervisory staff were dismissive and unresponsive, demonstrating a complete lack of customer care. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have encountered. Additionally, the failure itself appears to stem from incomplete installation guidance, as I was not properly advised on potential system vulnerabilities (such as power surges). While I appreciate the technician?s work, the breakdown in communication and service at the management level makes it difficult to recommend this company."

Over those 3 years, Bonsby had ample opportunities to identify and correct the defect in the system, but it failed to do so. Nor did Bonsby ever offer to replace the system. In fall 2025, after years of frustration, I requested that Bonsby refund my purchase price for the defective system. Bonsby has refused and, in doing so, made arguments that are materially inaccurate as to the facts of the matter and applicable law. "
