He said it will only absorb 5% of the water and it's anti microbial. 5% of a 7-10 minute shower is a lot of water. Also, what's behind the grout is not anti microbial. I'm dissatisfied with the work. He shoukd have told me what he was going to use so I could have made an informed decision. He should have used an epoxy grout."

He tried to install a shower for us with NO waterproofing. He ruined $2500 worth of tile and never even apologized. When I gently pointed out the obvious errors and horrible workmanship in different tile work he was continuing, he walked off the job. And stole parts I had already paid cash for. A total hack. Untrustworthy. Horrible workmanship. No care or pride. Just interested in making a buck. It took me several weeks to repair the damage he had done to my house. I literally had to tear out all of his work and do it myself. I am builder and have done many high end bathroom remodels. I have NEVER seen workmanship this bad. AVOID."
