From selecting the hardwood in the store, to having someone come out and measure, to verifying the right hardwood, to scheduling, and to installing the hardwood flooring, Kemps proved to be timely, professional, and efficient. The installers did a great job. They were on time, and they worked diligently in getting the job done. The quality of the work is outstanding. The office kept me abreast of any changes in time of arrival. The complete install took 2-1/2 days for approximately at 24x30 room and about 20 feet of hallway. The installers had to wait a day before completing the job due to the fact that more wood had to be delivered. They also took up carpeting and sanded the subfloor. <br /> I would not hesitate to use Kemps again. <br />"

He was only out one day. Two guys were here for the full time and there was one other person that was here one day. They cleaned up for what they did. The only thing they didn't do was paint shoe molding which was not in the agreement anyway."

The crew performing the work were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and offered useful suggestions. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves.
