"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"The Gentlemen of Dream baths of Alabama did a great job. The first day they methodically demolished and removed the old bathroom completely. It will create a lot of dust as with any remodel, so cover anything in that area you want to stay clean and close as many doors as possible. The men replaced all of the plumbing supply lines and drain lines. They installed a new acrylic surround with an overhead light, showerhead, spigot, and controls, sliding tub doors, and a new high-rise commode. My husband and I had previously purchased a vanity with faucet, mirror, and light,  towel bars, and toilet paper holder.The men installed all of these items for us. They also installed a new tile floor and baseboard. The whole bathroom received a fresh coat of paint, that we supplied, on top of everything else they did. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality and particularly they attention to detail that our crew from Dream Baths provided. Thank you Charlie, Josh, and Steve for your professionalism. We love our new Bathroom it is worth every dime we spent.

"Sam and the crew did an excellent job, and provided the most positive experience with a construction company I have ever had. When I initially inquired about an estimate, I was contacted the same night and subsequently received a free on-site estimate the very next day. They were very willing to work around my schedule and minimize any inconvenience to me. They were extremely punctual and always returned any phone calls or communications, and did an outstanding job. "This was an experiment for me in use of an interior designer online.  THe consultant was helpful in directing me to useful websites to review products and encouraged me to look widely and that was useful. Otherwise I found it difficult to use her services. The online aspect is one reason - looking at colors, e.g. wall colors and considering them for a particular space is difficult to do given than monitors and lighting change the look of things. Also, one cannot get the sense of e dimensional space from 2 dimensional tools
 In addition,  she was only allowed to advise me on one room and I have an open space that includes living, dining and kitchen areas, all of which had to be considered together. It was frustrating that she was not allowed to think about the other spaces when I had to think about all of them together.
The designer pushed me to choose a rug before choosing living room furniture but I preferred to choose the furniture first as it is more difficult to replace.  She was not able to be flexible on this account. Also, when I did not seem interested in buying through their service she seemed to loose interest.
It often took several days for the consultant to get back to me. That is the area where I most fault the individual as opposed to the set up of online consulting. 
In the end, I made my own choices and am happy with them. The experience gave me more confidence in my own instincts.
