"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"Installers were very nice and did an good job with materials provided.  Salesman measured shower door which turned out too wide.  To complete the install they turned my toilet to a crooked position so door would open.  When I notified Re-Bath they want me to pay additional money to correct their mistake.  Presently I have contacted Home Depot who I originally called for this service.  Home Depot has been very nice and helpful to this point.  I have not heard from Re-Bath on whether they are going to correct it or not. If they do the right thing I will give another more positive review.  To this point Re-Bath has not been a pleasant experience to deal with after the install and payment was made in full. Finally someone at Re-bath came and saw the problem and immediately work with me for a solution.  They corrected their mistake and now my shower is both functional and beautiful.

"They were prompt and professional, but the price to remodel my shower was near double my budget. Cost to complete just the ~4X6 walk-in shower was $8400 (including the $1500 coupon), not including the rain shower head and faucet.

After a call from the Dream Baths rep, I decided to update this review.  The key to my initial comment is my budget.  Their estimate was sticker-shock to me, but I have never paid to have a bathroom remodeled, much less the shower.  I'm sure their work is quality and I know they care about customer feed-back and reputation.  I called in another Angie's List contractor that I had experience with and he was able to help me get in budget without sacrificing quality."
