"Masonworks did a fantastic job building a patio into the hill of the backyard. The patio was completed according to schedule, the workmanship was exceptional, and the patio itself is not just functional but absolutely beautiful. Neighbors have walked over just to comment on how great it looks."

"Johnathan and his crew David and "Cowboy" really did a fine job of installing our Pergola onto our deck. We are more than pleased of the final project. We like Collazo Home Improvement so much that we intend to schedule another home project with them."

"Hired Nick and team to rip up the aging pressure treated deck boards and railings with TiberTech Edge boards and Fiberon PVC railings. Also included replacing lattice beneath deck with white PVC. Excellent communications throughout the process. Always on time and showing up as promised until completion. Would absolutely hire again in a heartbeat. Hopefully I can share before/after photos when I submit."

"We were hoping to get an early start on building out a new deck overlooking our yard. Michael came out a day after reaching out to contractors and had a quote for me by the end of the week - much faster (and better value!) than the other quotes I found. Our expectations were set knowing it might be a month or so before we got materials and a completed deck, but after a week and a half they were already building! If it wasn't for some missing parts, they would have finished in less than a week! We couldn't be more happy with our new deck and have already been taking advantage of every warm day to hang out and grill. Greate job!"

"Needed to replace deck boards and convert a two-level deck to one level. Conversion was also going to Trex materials. Tim walked through all options and ideas and was able to include a new staircase to access the deck.. During work, he was very responsive and communicated well especially upon inspection that not only did entire deck need to be rebuilt from footing up but the sill require some work as well.. Tim and his crew were very professional, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Time line was accurate and we've been enjoying our new deck"

"Just wanted to share how DiOrio Builders and Designers completely fixed a roofing issue that had been causing minor leaks for years, and grown worse in the past winter. These guys are elite yet ethical contractors, because they don’t shy away from getting to the root of the problem even if it turns out be labor intensive, or technical to fix. DiOrio Builders and Designers were willing to fully peel back the layers, do the detective work needed to find the issues, and they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I really appreciate that DiOrio didn’t try to skip steps or find a shortcut. All problems underneath the shingles are now fixed. They placed porch roof shingles on neatly, and the new shingles shine next to the older house roof! 5 out of five for this job!"

"Jack designed and built a family apartment and screened porch for us as well as adding a separate bedroom and bath to the main house. It was a relatively big job that Jack did 90% by himself, demonstrating his amazing knowledge and skills in contracting and building. I was amazed at the quality of work and the commitment to the job, working 12-hour days in some cases. Jack was onsite every day, doing almost all the work himself. Absolutely stunning work. I recommend Jack to anyone who wants top-notch, high-quality work."

"The company did a great job preparing and painting my deck. I thought I needed to replace the deck steps and they told me that was unnecessary because the step integrity was fine. They were enthusiastic about their work, on time, and wanted to be sure I was happy with the result. I will use the company again."

"A BIG thank you to Devyn and Anthony for the work they completed at our home. We were in need of deck replacement and 3-season porch repair as well as some repointed brick and concrete work. Their team was meticulous and efficient. They delivered what they promised and on time (early actually). We highly recommend Threshold Construction and will be sending our friends and family their way!"
