They paid attention to the small details of the tile work, which I very much appreciated. They painted, re-installed towel rods and made everything just right. Jeff's team was always conscientious and flexible. They kept the work area clean and neat. Jeff was good about getting back to me quickly and updating me on the work. I am guessing this was a small job for them but they treated it like any other job, and got the work done more or less when we had planned. The project cost what Jeff said it would - no surprises in the invoice. I would hire Jeff again in an instant."

The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. "Marco is great - he is exceptionally easy to work with, and there are none of the conflicts that we have had with other contractors in the past. The work of his crew was very high quality, and he was able to meet several tricky design ideas that we created. His crew chief was also good to work with and is highly recommended. Marco's prices are fair, and he stuck to the initial quote except where we added special requests during construction. I have recommended him to several friends and am confident in doing so for others. The only criticism is that some of the specifics were not fully conveyed between Marco and his crew, which sometimes caused rework. if things had been clarified before work began on each step, we could have weighed in with our choices and avoided the miscommunication.?
