The plumbers were prompt and professional; They diagnosed a bad water heater and replaced it for $3,000+, but the smell never left! I have called the office several times but the problem has not been corrected. They even tried to blame my water softener, but if that was the case I would have smelly water in all of the house, not just the front! "Ray came by my home on the same day as I submitted the job and I hired him on the spot. I had 3 bathroom sinks where the water shutoff valves were corroded solid. We were replacing the builder grade faucets with more contemporary ones that my family had purchased online. Ray completed replacing the 1st sink's faucet shut off valves and when we went to install the purchased faucet we discovered that to install the faucet would require additional modification the the sink to allow the faucet to be installed. He discussed what was needed to install the faucet and it was decided that we would purchase different faucets to install and rescheduled the appointment for the following week to complete the work. He arrived at the appointed time and completed the work for all three sinks. He cleaned up the job site and did an excellent job. I would hire him again."
