"Hired him to install 2 rather large windows. He was very focused and certainly knew what he was doing. His cost estimate was pretty much what it did cost. Very accommodating and not looking to find ways to overcharge. Will be using him again for other work needed around my house"

"Capital Construction arrived right after Christmas 2020. It was very cold when they started the job but the workers where very business oriented. Stuck to their work and finished in a couple of months. I worked with the Managers to see that the workers did everything that was put in the contract. They sided all four sides of my home. My son and I are very happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!"

"They were wonderful Always on time and did fantastic work at a fair price The final bill matched their estimate to the dollar"

"What I found outstanding was the excellent communication from Greg about my project at all stages, from the first meeting, through the repair process, to the completion. I always knew what to expect from the day-to-day work and I felt he and I were on the same page. My facia board, gable board, removal of moss on my roof and door replacement was accomplished safely and thoughtfully by his competent crew. I would recommend this company to anyone as I feel they are very trustworthy, and I hope to use them again for my next project"

"Chris was excellent and very thorough. He answered many questions and was very kind. He also answered questions about future projects. He is excellent at building long term relationships. We have appreciated working with him."

"Skip and his son Jonah did all the work over a period of a few weeks, due to inclement weather. I cannot speak highly enough of how good they were, I would hire back again in a heartbeat. Hard working, very friendly and professional in every way. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced. I believe Andrea in their office has ordered said items and we are now waiting to hear when they will be fitted."

"I'd highly recommend Dana and his team. The Value for a quality job. Your not hiring a company that plays TV adds and radio adds. You get a Team that will work for you even on a Saturday or Sunday . Overall excellent work!! You will not be disappointed."

"We own the Lamb and Lion Inn in Barnstable on Cape Cod. Our inn has high
marks all around from the guests, however our personal space was
another story! Our kitchen overlooks the courtyard, pool & hot tub,
and it's a lot of fun, but a linoleum & Formica meca! YIKES! We
decided this winter it was time to take care of the innkeepers so a new
kitchen was in order. However, there is no such thing as a millionaire
B&B owner, so our budget was a huge issue. Lee and his wife Meoghan
came to the inn and from that moment on it was a pleasure doing
business with Benchmark. They are easy to work with, have great vision
and really understand what a tight budget is. Rather than getting
whacked with huge construction costs we were shown how we could simply
re-face the existing ugliness, change what needed changing and simply
hide what could be hidden. Lee came up with fantastic space saving ideas
and he even saved our 2 kitchen islands, giving them a facelift instead
of replacing them. At the end of it all, Lee and his caring &
careful team left us with a kitchen we LOVE, and for much less money
than we had originally imagined. We have much more storage space, and he
even through in glass door cabinet with a motion night light (a great
calling card--every time the light goes on we think of Lee--was this
done on purpose? Hmmm...)
On a more personal note we truly
appreciated Lee's easy going personality, great sense of humor and
communication skills. When he & his team were caught at another job
that ran a week late he called us right away and kept us posted as to
his timing during the small delay, which ended up to be shorter that
expected.
On Cape Cod we have a huge problem with workers showing
up late, or not at all, and not hearing from them. It's torturous!
Benchmark's professionalism made working with them something we would
gladly do again in the future, if another project comes along. If anyone
needs anymore praise than that to help them make up their minds please
call us at the Lamb and Lion Inn!"
