"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

"Our Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator is 21 years old. A fan malfunctioned, leaving the refrigerator panel sizzling hot. Parts are no longer available, but CJS was able to find a fan for us. The cost for parts & service was more than fair and reasonable. He did mention that there might be another issue and to let him know in a day or two if the problem persisted. Within two days, Robert returned and diagnosed a faulty wire connected to the fan. After 21 years, wires can and do malfunction. He replaced the wire, which took about an hour, plus travel time, at no additional charge. I insisted on paying something for his time, but he refused. The level of service, honesty and integrity is worth noting. If only all the service people I called for various jobs around the house were as efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest â ¦"

"I reached out to 5 gas stove repair companies through Angi. 3 responded expressing availability. I chose one after looking at their webpage. They were scheduled to come the following morning the technician didn't show up, and I was unable to reach the company by phone. So, I called FixVerse around 1 pm to see if they could come that afternoon. Even though the technician was booked for that afternoon, he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day at 6 pm. He arrived right around 6 pm, and he was able to confirm that all my gas top burners were working properly as well as the oven. I was renting my apartment to a tenant who was moving in in two days. They accommodated my work schedule and came on a Saturday even though that was outside their posted hours. However they said they would be there between 11:00 and 12:30 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, they weren't and didn't. I callled them at 1:00 and they did show by 1:30, diagnosed the issue performed a temporary fix for the agreed price, and went away to source what were believed to be the required parts. The di call as promised with the parts info. Overall they performed well, were courteous when on site, and the pricing was reasonable."
