He was hired to install an over the range microwave and despite an active, busy schedule with other jobs, found time to pop over to install it, which he did quickly because he was knowledgeable about the job. A condition of the contract was the manufacturer would need to stop out to the job site to inspect and certify the installation in order to receive the warranty.
