It was a come on.  The people that came and measured were good and professional.  The deal was $$ for the average kitchen.

If you bought it through the promotional it was % less and if you bought it that day it was % less.  However even though my kitchen was 'average' and the cabinets were 'standard' with all the discounts it was still more than the 'average kitchen price'.  I opted out of any further discussions.

"Very unprofessional. The painter brought his dog and put it in a crate in the middle of my dining room. Let our dog out with his. Used my washing machine without my permission because his dog peed on his drop cloth. My husband works third shift and goes to bed early at 7:30 pm. They were aware of this. On a few occasions they were at our house until 8:30 pm. Used my microwave at 7 pm to heat up his dinner without my permission and proceeded to eat while my husband needed to go to bed. Several times to fix my storm door appropriately. First put it on backward and I demanded they turn it around. Tons of excuses for everything.Paint splattered on my couch, microwave, trash can, door knobs. The owner was willing to please the customer but the workers were not. Left all their tools and paint cans throughout my house on a daily basis. No complaints about the roofers

"I am very happy with the final result of my home remodel which included completing some cosmetic work in my bathroom that had been started by my husband but never finished, new Pergo floors in my hall and living room, painting in several rooms, gate installation on my front porch, new sliding glass door, new furnace and central air, and my personal favorite, a completely new kitchen. Jody, Sean and several of their employees and subcontractors worked in my home for the better part of a year. In a project of this scope, obviously there were a few issues that arose along the way but all were resolved to my complete satisfaction. I want you to be happy”, a sign of a contractor willing to work with his customers to come to a fair resolution to any disagreement which to me as a consumer is everything you need to know when you hire someone to work in your home.
