"I found that the home I had just bought in December of 2023 was tested and recorded a radon level of 40 piCu/l [micrograms of radon gas in a litre of air]. Eric was able to come out in a few days and install the system. Installation time was about 3 hours. No additional charges. He returned to the house three days later to retrieve the radon monitor and showed me the current reading of 1.0 pC/l, well below the 11.0 pC/l from a prior test. A formal report was emailed the same day; the avg reading was 0.8 pC/l. I highly recommend hiring Radon Fix."

I called Ohio Radon Mitigation and spoke with Jodi, who came out the next day to let me know that the fan would need to be replaced. She gave a price of $400 and said that the technician Doug could come out early the following week to replace it.
