"DAN C. & SHAWN R. did a good job of removing the old bathtub & installing a walk-in shower in both bathrooms. They arrived when expected and did their best to complete the job as directed. I do think the sales guy should be more involved & offer possible suggestions to the customer, & should stop in during the process. Dan & Shawn knew what they were doing and did a good job."

"Installation (including the professionalism of the installers) was excellent. Same with the quality of the materials. What keeps me from giving 5 stars across the board is the ridiculously long wait to get the project scheduled. I was informed that installation would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. By the 10th week I began making weekly inquiries to the Tampa FL office; where the response was polite and reassuring. However, the job was not completed until the 12th week."

"Mr. Scott was very responsive to my initial inquiry and all follow-up contacts. He was very professional and provided a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. Once I approved the estimate, the work started quickly and was completed quickly and accurately. The replacement of the hot and cold valves for the washing machine was not as complicated as was anticipated, and Mr. Scott reduced the cost accordingly. All work was done to my expectation, and I was completely satisfied. I'll definitely work with him again. <br />"
