"Kevin is awesome! I own a condo in Dorchester and we have a sprinkler system that was installed when the house was renovated. We were using the company who installed the system for service and they were the worst - We had pipes burst last year and this year because they took too long to come winterize the system and they froze. I reached out to a handful on a Sunday and Kevin responded within 30 minutes.
