"Jacob and his crew a wonderful. The bidding process was fast and right on target. I had hardwood floors from 1920 that looked like they could not be saved. Not only did he save my floors he was able to patch spots that had missing boards. My floors are spectacular now and everyone loves them. I also needed luxury vinyl in my kitchen so I hired Jacob to come back and install them. They finished in one day and my floors look great throughout my house. I would highly recommend him to everyone."

"Completed project quickly. Owen was easy to work with and very accommodating to our unique environment."

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"We love our new backsplash and flooring!"

"Willie is very fast and helpful for the project, happy to have him to change my flooring."

"It went wonderfully! On time, extremely knowledgeable about flooring replacement, very friendly and professional. And, cleaned up after work completed. Already hired him for another project at my house."

"Wonderful! He did not bother me, I offered him juice or cold water and he don't want any. The first time he came, he installed 17 handles and knobs on my new cabinet and finished that up job. Then he gonna do more but started raining at 3pm and he will come again on Saturday to finished some miscellaneous remaining home projects. He carried 4 heavy boxes for me downstairs He did install the toilet paper holder. He put a bracket for outdoor thermometer-clock. He did instruct me to buy a non slip skid strip for the bath tub instead using non slip chemical application and I thanked him for that."

"The work really took a long time, they have to take all the cabinets down and bring them to their shop, I originally wanted it done before Christmas but they weren't able to finish and got the cabinets after the holidays had gone. But the laying of the tile for the bathroom was very well done and they did a very good on the tile work. I give an "A" Rating for the tile floor installation."

"They changed days 4 times because they didn't have enough help, left their Gatorade and Lunchables trash for me to pick up. Some panels have 1 screw in it and others have 2. My son will secure with remaining screws. Changed the price then within 10 minutes raises it again."

"I got my living room floor redone and they did amazing work, very proficient, reasonably priced and got it knocked out in no time. Would 10/10 recommend and look forward to working with them in the future."
