"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"Zohar at Best Builders Group came out to our house in order to check and see how and what to change in the existing kitchen. Zohar and his team of people did a wonderful remodeling job from A to Z. We were very impressed and surprised from the high quality of the work and from the professionalism of the workers. During the work, several issues came up during the remodeling project but the team and Zohar handled all of them with no effect to the completion date and with no additional cost. "John and the staff at Alden's Carpet and Drapes are absolutely the best.  They're friendly, knowledgeable and work to your schedule.   We installed new carpet in two large master bedrooms, a hallway, landing and stairs.  The installation crew arrived at 7:30 AM, moved all the furniture, including an upright piano, had the old carpet and padding removed and new padding and carpet installed and the furniture back in place before 11:00 AM.  These guys are the greatest."

"He showed up early every morning and worked harder then any contractor I have ever hired. Imagine a contractor who actually shows up before the time he says. I don't know about you but with our luck finding contractors they always show up late and have to leave early. Not Brian and his guys especially Alberto, I don't think he ever stopped.They not only installed our floor a better way then what was previously put down, but his depth of knowledge of the products made us feel very comfortable which usually never happens when we start renovating the house. I guess we are just so happy because it just looks so good and everything was on budget and finished before he said they would be done, YAY...
