"While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

They came to my house the time they said they were going to, and shared so many pictures of their progress through out the morning via their link; which I was very grateful for being usually is hard to know exactly what they did on the roof. I was able to see everything they did, and wow they did such a good job from the complete set up, removal of singles, replacement of plywood, and complete clean up before they left. "Please stay away from from this company . Poor quality merchandise. The customer service is horrible. My siding is melting and they stated it would be covered . A few days before the installation of new siding - they informed me that it was not covered and I would have to cover the cost . This issue went on for several months with them agreeing to cover the cost ."
