"Although I originally thought this would be a simple snake job on our shower, it ended up being much, much more. The snake couldn't get through the drain to the clog, and when Mike (the plumber working the job) tried to send a camera through the outside access the camera wouldn't go through either. That suggested either a serious clog or a broken pipe or some other unknown issue. But it needed a tunnel under the shower to access the pipes. They called a sub-contractor to do the tunnel and started that the next day. When they got the tunnel dug, they found that the plumbing was actually inside the concrete beams making up the foundation. So they had to chip out the concrete of the foundation to access the pipes. As Mike explained the scope of the work required on the foundation, I became concerned that the structural integrity of the foundation/home might be compromised. But we had little choice if we wanted the shower to be functional once more. So the following day the subs chipped out the concrete and Mike fixed the plumbing problem, redesigning the piping to insure this problem would never recur. Due to the damage done to the foundation, we agreed it would be a good idea to have an engineer assess whether there was a structural problem as a result. That was done the following day and the we decided a couple of piers supporting the foundation would be a good insurance policy. That was done a couple of days later and the tunneling sub returned and filled the hole back in and disposed of the excess dirt. All in all an extremely painful and expensive clogged drain, but Mike and all of the support staff at DeWolfe's were extremely professional, helpful, flexible and understanding throughout. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues."

"They were outstanding. I’ve used them twice. The cost was very reasonable. They told me they were busy. It was a really bad day and a lot of people had broken pipes. They told me that their schedule was full.  Apparently, they had a cancellation and they called me back and came. I will use them forever for sure. They did the repair immediately. Even hit a snag with an additional broken pipe connection he discovered, but fixed that as well. Guaranteed work and he even offered to repair it again for no cost should his handiwork come undone. Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"I cannot complain about anything. They were prompt with my response to schedule the appointment, and arrived exactly as scheduled. Replacing the new entry door and screen door was challenging and took longer than expected. However, they didn't charge me extra for the extended time it took. Because it started to get dark, they came back the next day to finish. In addition, they even worked through the rain which made matters even more difficult. After everything leveled out, they did an excellent job. I do appreciate their recommendation and installation of exterior rot-resistant trim. "We contacted Callahan for repairing our bathroom which was in bad shape. Callahan gave a quote for reasonable price and assisted us in picking the correct materials for bathroom and did the work very well. We were quite impressed with him and so when a airconditioning unit stopped working we approached him and he gladly helped us to fix the unit. I can't say enough good things about these people!  I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  Two weeks ago I had another plumbing company who was also highly rated on Angie's List and who I have used many times in the past (but never again) look at the problem.  The technician from that company said I needed to replace the faucet. They were going to charge me $250.00 for the replacement faucet plus  $229.00 for the labor to install it. Since the faucet had been discontinued I was going to have to replace the other faucet in the other sink as well so it would match.  This was going to cost me $958.00.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Mark Masters Service Company that I also found on Angie's List. Seth, the technician was a very nice young man.  He showed up right on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as simply being a bad rubber washer that needed replacement.  I did not need to replace the faucet after all. I was only charged the minimum $79.00 service charge.  Mark Masters company saved me $879.00 !  By the way, the other company also charged me $79.00 for their service call which was totally worthless.
