"Tony and his team repaired my two decks, replacing rotted boards, reinforcing the railings, sanding the floor and drink rail, and staining/sealing them. Though the decks were only 5 years old, they were discolored, stained, and had mold spots from being in the shade throughout the day. They look like new now. They also built a paver stone platform at the bottom of our deck stairs. And reset the paver platform and stairs, replacing some splintered boards in front of our front door. I am very pleased with the work they did and would hire this company again. Highly recommended."

"Met with Ian to discuss our project. He seemed professional and knowledgeable and like he was excited to work on the job. He requested a check to secure our spot in the schedule and have an engineer work on the drawing. After a few weeks, I reached out for an update and was told things were moving along and we were still on target for the start we discussed. I attempted to reach out again to see about drawings since start date was a month away. The phone number isn?t in service and no response to texts or emails. Drawings? Nope. Building permit? Nope. Money? Gone."

Not only was his lack of communication an issue, but once the job was discussed and terms and payment were agreed upon, more money was demanded, therefore outrageously changing the cost of the job that was thoroughly discussed. Way more materials were purchased than necessary for the jobs. Him and his workers did not always clean up after themselves., which lead to my tire being punctured. If you have a strong desire to work with a dishonest contractor lacking the ability to communicate as a business man I would highly recommend R&A. "
