After seeing the project and sizing up what was necessary for the fix, he located the replacement tank and parts. What made things tricky was the location of the broken tank which was under the staircase in a small closet. Plus the particular water heater needed was not a full size, it was a shorter model, 35 gallons. Dave was thorough, tidy and explained everything. Matter of fact, we had several great conversations during the day about a variety of topics unrelated to home repairs. It was a pleasure working with Dave and I will call him again when needed. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance.
