"This company is extremely dishonest. I noticed termite tubes in my crawlspace and inspected them myself for about an hour. I also had another company (Humphrey’s) look it over before getting a second quote. I did not find any current activity, nor did Humphrey’s after a long inspection. Newtown Pest came and did a 2 minute inspection, saying things like “whoa! Holy s—-!,” as if my crawlspace was infested with termites. The inspector then said “oh man! Here’s an active one right here!” I asked him to take a photo and he said “oh, they crawled back into the hole before I could get the picture.” Shocker! He then proceeded to make a hard sell about why I wasn’t agreeing immediately to contract with them (because I knew he was lying). Another company (Western) came the next day and…no current activity. When I called to complain, no manager got back to me. This tells me that the company operates this way: declare an emergency, make a hard sell, and no one’s the wiser. Do not hire them."

"I have learned that Greenix has not been performing the services that I have been charged for on a regular basis. On at least the last quarterly service, the technician did not execute the granular defense around the perimeter of my home (several feet away). He also failed to spray around the foundation. With respect to the granular treatment, he only dropped a small amount in a couple locations. This service is to spread an entire line of defense around the home. With respect to the foundation spray, they are to spray up and down 2-3 feet around the entire home. The technician did not even remove the sprayer from the van. In raising the concern to Greenix, Two phone calls with a call center only resulted in their reading of a script with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. A third call with someone who is presumably in a position with Greenix, resulted in his stating that the technician indicated proof of applications byway of documented usage of quantity of chemicals. "Don?t waste your time or money. Guy came out filled some holes and laid some traps. Was supposed to come back in two weeks (included in what I paid the first time) to check the traps and nobody ever came. I was then told there was a scheduling issue and my ?monthly appointment? would be happening this week. I asked if this would be considered the free two week visit and then was ignored. Haven?t heard anything back since nor did anybody come again. I have been resetting the traps myself and on top of that, half of the traps are defective and don?t snap when triggered. Which they would have known had they come back for the two week follow up. So now I have had to buy new traps to put into the boxes on top of what I already paid these guys to never come back like they said they would. "
