"Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."

From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."

"Frank and his crew (Brian and Gary) were absolutely fantastic. They took out a coat closet in our entryway and built a vestibule (installing tiles, wainscoting, doors, etc.), which turned out stunning. They also installed crown moulding, took out a closet and refinished the wall, took out carpet on stairs and in the office and replaced it with wood-flooring (or refinished the wood-flooring underneath), installed a dog door and two chandeliers, remodeled a fireplace (installing tiles around it and at the hearth + building a mantle). We were extremely happy with the result! Frank and his crew are professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous. They moved our furniture around with great care and cleaned the house after the work was finished. We will definitely hire them again in the future!"
