"Wally and his team are an excellent, first class group. Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Everything with Wally and his team is done the right way, every time. Communication between Wally, his team, and Melanie in the front office was easy and straightforward. They’re always pleasant, available, and willing to help. We had one mixup on the design of the deck board layout. Wally and I spoke, the issue was resolved with no problems or issues. Wally did the extra work this required with no additional charge. They tore down my existing deck, redoing all the framing, and installing a new trex composite deck / railing. Additionally, they updated all the electrical running under the deck / outside (to code), replaced a downspout that was running underground that had collapsed, and also installed a new block window under the deck. Couldn’t be happier. The work was impeccable and the deck looks amazing."

He had suggested we visit a Cabinet maker store in Lancaster and after doing that we found the perfect cabinets for us. His work is excellent. He is very efficient and neat. "BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."

He was very transparent when they discovered additional water/mold damage during demolition, and presented us multiple options in how to mitigate. "We worked with Gary at Legacy Construction Company to replace the rear roof and siding on our upper floor, along with two windows, and are very pleased with the work he and his team did. Gary took time to explain the pros and cons of our options, provided siding samples and was communicative and responsive. The invoicing and payment schedule was straightforward and easy to use. The work is high quality (having survived multiple rainstorm and snowstorms at this point!), and the team was able to do it in a day once all the materials were ready, making our lives much easier. The adage “you get what you pay for” holds true; Legacy Construction was worth every penny and we are considering them for future renovations."
