To his credit, he did inform me that his estimate would probably be higher than other estimates I would receive. Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. "I called Wesley in April for an estimate  and he promply returned my call and came to the house.   His estimate was middle of the pack and we believe very fair.  We originally shot for a June date, but with all of the rain, they didn't start until July 14th and that week worked Monday - Saturday.  They returned the following week for a day or two to finish up.  His crew was here every day by 8AM and were vey professional, accommodating and skilled.  The house is large and all brick.  They painted all the window trim, soffits, front and back porches, shutters and end gables.  They power washed, repaired all of the rotted wood on shutters and porch pillars, primed and painted.  That I know of, Wesley himself was only here one day for a few minutes, but he touched base often and we were confident in the work that his crew did.  The house looks stunning and the work is near impeccable.
