As a result, the vinyl flooring cracked. I contacted Jason and he was out promptly to look at our job and listen to our concerns. Jason not only prepped the floor properly before installing the new floor, but also addressed a few other minor issues that we had to make sure that we were totally satisfied. A great experience! "Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I wish every contractor was this professional!"
