"M y wife and I had used Cherrytree Kitchens a few times in the past to reface our kitchen cabinets and install countertops at our house and at another house that we had purchased to rent out. The final product was flawless on both of those and when you walked into the kitchens it was wow. That was many years back and now we decided to have a kitchen remodel done with new cabinets,flooring,countertops,and backsplash. The old cabinets that they had refaced years ago still looked like great and they were removed and resold. The whole experience from the design to installation to completion was handled very professionally. We had alot of questions for the designer about the layout and colors and he helped us with a trip to his suppliers to look at flooring,backsplash etc. which made things a whole lot easier. The installers would ask how we wanted certain things installed and we would look to their knowledge and experience to do what was best. Any questions we had or things we wanted changed or added were always answered and addressed right away. Great company to do business with."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
