"Jason, the owner of the company sent his son to the job. In conversation with him, I found out he had been working for his father for 7 years. I must say that their previous job ran a little over due to the rain for the past few days, but they did arrive before noon as promised. Jason taught his son well. The bricks on the house were over 30 years old so were no longer available! The son stated he had some that he thought matched pretty close, and if he cut them in half, it would be about 1/4 inch differant. Clever idea and when he laid 3 of them out, if you weren't familar with the project, one would never know!! I was very impressed with not only the expertise he showed in laying the brick, but the workmanship and cleanup were all outstanding. It was a great conversation and listening to him and finding out we had a few things in common. MORA! If I need any more brick work or tuck pointint i would certainly give them a call again"

"In The Rough Stonework & Landscaping built us a beautiful greenhouse foundation that has knee-high stone walls and a cement floor. The floor has slight slope with weep holes on the low end, perfect for keeping the floor dry. They also put in a patio that wraps around the greenhouse and made it with a mix of different bricks/stones. Our greenhouse/patio is now a perfect place for gardening and lounging. On another project they made us a flag-stone patio with a stone stairway through the garden allowing easy access to our yard. "The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"Christian and his crew completed the job exactly as agreed upon and in less than two days. The concrete patio that is supported by this wall is unevenly which created an issue when rebuilding. Christian explained the issue and what needed to be done. The work area was thoroughly cleaned and an adjacent flower bed was left looking better than before. This wall is one of two projects we have had done by Sauser Landscapes. Christian and his crew are incredibly respectful, accommodating, flexible, and dedicated to producing quality work. We will definitely call Sauser for all our future projects."

"In Spring 2012, we obtained quotes from three companies to tear out two existing retaining walls along the driveway and re-build them using Versalok, excavate and grade the backyard, and build a 3.5 - 4 foot retaining wall in the backyard using the stone from the old retaining walls. Genadek had the middle quote; they were also the only company to follow up with a phone call. The whole job took about 4 1/2 weeks. Stan, Mike, Tim,  Rob and Andrew were very professional and friendly; our neighbors even raved about them. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and communicated frequently so there were no surprises.
My only recommendation to those interested in hiring Genadek is to get on their schedule early. Their calendar books up fast!

"The tech. discovered 3 heads not working properly and offered to replace them for $65.00 plus labor. He proceeded to install and adjust them in 15 minutes. The total time here was just under 1 hour. The reason I didn't give them an A overall is when I received the invoice they charged me for 2 hours labor at $50.00 per hour. When I called about it I explained the situation and told them I would pay for 1 hour but not 2. The person later called me back and said they would send me a new invoice with just 1 hour labor charged.
