The floor has slight slope with weep holes on the low end, perfect for keeping the floor dry. They also put in a patio that wraps around the greenhouse and made it with a mix of different bricks/stones. Our greenhouse/patio is now a perfect place for gardening and lounging. On another project they made us a flag-stone patio with a stone stairway through the garden allowing easy access to our yard. "Christian and his crew completed the job exactly as agreed upon and in less than two days. The concrete patio that is supported by this wall is unevenly which created an issue when rebuilding. Christian explained the issue and what needed to be done. The work area was thoroughly cleaned and an adjacent flower bed was left looking better than before. This wall is one of two projects we have had done by Sauser Landscapes. Christian and his crew are incredibly respectful, accommodating, flexible, and dedicated to producing quality work. We will definitely call Sauser for all our future projects."

"In Spring 2012, we obtained quotes from three companies to tear out two existing retaining walls along the driveway and re-build them using Versalok, excavate and grade the backyard, and build a 3.5 - 4 foot retaining wall in the backyard using the stone from the old retaining walls. Genadek had the middle quote; they were also the only company to follow up with a phone call. The whole job took about 4 1/2 weeks. Stan, Mike, Tim,  Rob and Andrew were very professional and friendly; our neighbors even raved about them. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and communicated frequently so there were no surprises.
My only recommendation to those interested in hiring Genadek is to get on their schedule early. Their calendar books up fast!

"The tech. discovered 3 heads not working properly and offered to replace them for $65.00 plus labor. He proceeded to install and adjust them in 15 minutes. The total time here was just under 1 hour. The reason I didn't give them an A overall is when I received the invoice they charged me for 2 hours labor at $50.00 per hour. When I called about it I explained the situation and told them I would pay for 1 hour but not 2. The person later called me back and said they would send me a new invoice with just 1 hour labor charged.

"They did a super job. Driveway looks excellent with the new crushed granite. I was having run off issues on 2 sides of my house. After being leveled that problem is gone. Landscape rock next to retaining wall gives a nice facelift.
