"The owner of this company went above and beyond helping our family. With our oven they ordered and put in our part quickly and efficiently, with our dryer. He was able to diagnose our dryer over a video that we sent him. He ordered the part and put it in. Our dishwasher had some broken clips, we sent him the model number and he had the parts shipped to our house and my husband was able to quickly fix. "Great plumber!  If you're looking for an honest, thorough and affordable plumber I wouldn't look any further.

 I had problems with low pressure in my hot water.  I got three estimates and the other two guys (Southtown and Roark) insisted on replacing all the hot water steel pipes in the basement right to the water main for $3000-$4000.  

Chris had a much more reasonable approach.  He gave me an estimate with three choices 1)re-piping the first 10 feet or so, 2)re-piping all the hot steel pipes in the basement and 3) re-piping all the hot and cold steel pipes in the basement.  He was very flexible and said that he would try the least expensive option first, then if it didn't work, he would try the 2nd and 3rd if necessary.  He had two of his employees come out to do the re-piping.  It turned out that the least expensive option worked great, so I only had to spend a few hundred bucks.  Compared to the other estimates I got Chris saved me $2000-$3000.  Also, his estimate for repiping all the steel pipes was still less than half of what the other guys wanted to do the same work.  Chris came by after the piping was done and also fixed my problematic kitchen faucet for only an extra 50 bucks while he was here.  I'd definitely use them again."

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).
