The quality of the new roof and their ability to interface with our insurance adjuster were very much appreciated. The crew that did the roof install were excellent and friendly and got the job knocked out in one day. The only thing that ended less than satisfactorily was that additional damage to the interior of the home which was part of the claim was supposed to be coordinated by Roofing Annex with another sub contractor and that never happened. Probably not the fault of TRA but I thought it should be noted if you are in need of more repairs outside of just the roof. As it turned out I am working directly with my insurance adjuster and this is being taken care of anyway. All in all I would still recommend TRA to family and friends."

"Dana McElroy presented a professional presentation on what would be accomplished, and warranties, and how long it would take to accomplish the job. I had two other roofing companies present their work, and noticed that the other two were charging too much, and not letting me have the details of the job. Dana did schedule the job, which was late into the season, the team showed up early in the morning, worked like busy beavers, and even worked into the darkness to make sure the job was completed on time. The job was accomplished at a high rate, it was accomplished professionally, when I went to depart my house one of the workers made sure I had a safe path to walk. I noticed some wood required to be patched, and it was accomplished with no extra cost charged. If I require any work in the future I will be sure to give Dana and the company he represents a call. "It was really professional with the scheduling and everything. The main chimney sweep and his assistant showed up right on time. They were prepared to work. They came in checked the interior, went up to the roof and checked the exterior. Turned out the chimney was a little more degraded. It's a prefabricated fireplace and is about 40 years old so its due for a repair. They went through the full inspection and everything. About a week later, sent me a quote for a replacement if we wanted to do that. All in all it was a very thorough job."
