This was a tough repair that no other glass company would take the time to consider. I knew it was going to be a tough repair and I was expecting to pay a premium to have it replaced. "I sent a review previously that I want to update and can't figure out how to do that. I gave a poor rating to Paramount for the gate repair I needed even though at the time of it's installation I would have given them an excellent rating. I was having a lot of trouble getting a response from them about my gate. As it turned out, the owner ended up calling me personally and apologized for my problems. He took personal responsibility to see that my repair happened. He explained that he had some new staff and consequently there was some miscommunication about my needed repair. He couldn't have been more helpful and my gate was repaired in short order after speaking with him. This is exactly how a company should do customer service! I have not received a bill yet which is why I haven't included the price."
