"Freddie did a great job on inspecting a house an older house built in 1991.  He provided an 4 point inspection (Electrical, roof, plumbing and structure) for home insurance quotes and also provided detailed inspection report (around 97 pages).  The inspection report showed findings, safety concerns, HD pictures with each findings, and estimated costs for each finding.   We had an issue with the AC not working properly and I was able to get an AC technician to investigate further where full replacement was needed.  He spent more than half a day doing the inspection and also had the opportunity to see and learn his inspection's techniques.  Luckly, I cancelled the contract so the seller don't provide a lemon house.
I highly recommended his work for other clients when doing home inspections and wind mitigation. Also, Freddie does provide construction work on fixing the home as well.
