"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "My home was hit by a tornado and we had 5 trees fall onto our roof, crashing into a bedroom. General Repair & Restoration Service Inc. rushed to my rescue, removed the trees and secured a tarp over the roof before more rain hit. Then they removed/replaced the rafters, insulation and shingles. The bedroom got new drywall, a new window, the closet rebuilt, trim, new light fixture and painted. Outside, the siding, gutters and gutterguard was also replaced. Mr. Gentry worked with my insurance company which was a big help to me. Mr. Gentry and all of his workers were very polite and professional while at my home. They arrived as scheduled, came prepared with materials, and took care of the repairs as needed.  They treated my family and our belongings with great care and consideration. I would definitely refer this company to anyone.
