The representative came to the house to give me a proposal and he sampled the process on one tile.  What a difference!!  I was sold.  On April 4, a young technician came to the house right on time.  First sprayed the area with the cleaning solution and with a very quiet machine took up the dirt.  Then meticulously color-sealed the grout lines by hand.  Finished the job with a sealant and buffing.  I am so satisfied with the work done. 
I had this floor installed 12 years ago and this is the first professional cleaning.  I will be calling them back each year for maintenance.
