He removed a thread from the same kind of carpet in the closet and went to work fixing it. It wasn't cheap, but it was cheaper than a new carpet. They had limited product selection but we were able to do all windows but one and the coverings came in much ahead of schedule and installation was very quick and well done. We divided the order into two phases and the designer and I met twice to complete each phase. After the orders were placed, the installer contacted me to set installation appointments. Craig, the installer, was excellent! He noticed that two of the shades weren't wide enough and had taken the measurements and was ready to order the replacement before I had a chance to mention the problem.I am delighted with all the window treatments and will use this Costco service again without hesitation."
