"Keven was polite knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to answer all my questions and was able to present the proposed fix for my sewer issue in a way that made me comfortable."

"I had a great experience with Ned! He was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. Ned explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and got the job done efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent, and I really appreciated how respectful and clean he was while working. I would definitely recommend Ned to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!"

"We had a plugged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving eve- bad timing! Carlos came 45 min after I called, did a professional assessment of the problem, and was able to clear the blockage quickly. Very friendly and helpful. He does all drain and septic issues, and I will certainly call Rooter Tech LLC. again for plumbing issues. Highly recommend."

"Technician quickly found the problem and cleared the clogged drain. Be prepared that the cheapest work will cost over $500. They were the first to respond to my problem."

"I had a leaking pipe connected to my water tank, they were able to send someone out the same day. Jared Walker was knowledgeable and professional. He laid everything out clear and precise and finished the job quickly."

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"Diagnostician/Estimator and Plumbing team were just excellent. Sewer work and team very good, but also very pricey. Repairs on system were well done - crawlspace access area was damaged to extract the old sewage tank. Damage is still being repaired by homeowner. Harts rebated some cost to cover access damage. All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."

"Here are the reasons why I gave Simba Solutions 5***** and would highly recommend them and use their services in the future. 1. An honest down to earth small family business that will go out of their way to ensure that your plumbing issues are resolved professionally. 2, Jason the owner is on site! He is prompt, easy to work with and takes the time to explain what is going on during the process. 3. Goes beyond to ensure that his work is complete to his satisfaction. Through the process of elimination he was able to determine that there was a blockage between the washing machine and main line. So every time the washing machine would drain, the water would backup into the tub. Thank you Jason and Tammy!!! For, your info and precaution. If you have an attachment that goes at the end of your drain hose of your washing machine. To prevent loose items from the washing machine to plug the drain that the end piece itself, doesn’t separate and plug the drain!! Pic of culprit attch."

"Well when you buy an old house make sure you take a look at the sewer because that could be very costly. I got to see what inside the sewer look like and that it was in fairly good shape."
