His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. I had hardwood floor that was ages old and damaged in an already old home. I met with Gustavothe field supervisor and let him now what I needed done. As a rental property I wanted to change to a laminate floor and get some new baseboard installed. They got me the estimate in a timely fashion and price was very competitive. I had some concerns with my budget and El Toro was able to accommodate. They ended up coming in and completed demo and haul away in one day. They leveled my floors and installed the flooring and I was truly in awe. The finishing touches were installing my baseboard and touching up the paint and I couldn't be happier.
