"The salesman should have told me the tearout of the old shower and the installation of the new shower would cause a white dust over everything in every room. I have a lot of cleanup to do. I am not happy with the caulking around the base of the shower. It looks a little messy. The installer said it was because the gap between the flooring and the new shower base was wider than usual. I think a better job should have been done. Overall the new showers look beautiful and are working fine."

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision.
