"I tried to fix the system leak but was unscuccessful. called proscape and Bruno Bello showed up and made it look so easy. Bruno had the system reparired and back running. was very capable and curteous. Honestly Bruno is a realy capable guy. "Workers were very communicative; prompt and careful with existing plants. They also cleaned up well afterward. It remains to be seen how drain works in winter conditions and had some issue with a $50 charge I did not see buried in fine print (thought it should have been on page one with the cost summary), but drain looks great and lawn is coming back in decently (rain day after caused seed to collect in pools and I had to rake as best I could to spread). If drain works as expected, I would upgrade to 5 stars."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."
