"Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again. "

"We hired B's because he said he had a lifetime of experience doing kitchen renovations. He appeared to be knowledgable. But then he kept pulling his 'project lead' from our kitchen/bathroom renovation for other jobs and did not prioritize us. The plumber left uncompleted work after paying thousands of dollars. B purchased expensive equipment from our second payment instead of putting our money toward the project, which resulted in him not being fiscally capable of completing the work. What was supposed to be a 3-4 week renovation in May became multiple months and unsatisfactory result. He then asked for final payment before completion, threatened to sue, and acted unprofessionally when we put our foot down. He also charged a very expensive price compared to other contractors in the area. Photos show the state of the project when final payment was asked for."

I reached out to Aubrey and Son because, Beau, the owner, and crew, did a fantastic job on phase one (our decks fencing and stairs). I needed the job completed within a certain time frame, within my budget, and some help with design. I already knew from phase one, that the employees were always timely and polite, and they did a great job with the phase one project. Well, they did it again !! "Caron roofing responded promptly to provide estimate. Estimate compared to 3 other roofing companies was most clear and detailed with itemized costs. Owner promptly responded to questions on items that I had. Owner prompt on scheduling, and roofers arrived on the day that they had scheduled. Roofers were on site at 7:30 and including removing a foot of snow from the roof and garage roof, were done by 4:15 the same day. This roofing job included replacing 4 skylights. Job site was well protected, job site was cleaned 100%, the project supervisor was very communicative. I observed the entire job and the 12 roofing laborers did not skip any steps or cut any corners. They were very attentive to all areas that required flashing including around the skylights, chimney, and valleys. Fair, Honest, Detailed, Clean Work Site, Safety Conscious, Respectful of my property, Respectful of my needs. I would highly recommend as they are straightforward and no games around product and pricing. Highly recommend!"
