"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Chris Garrou came out to inspect my roof today. He was extremely professional, pleasant and very detail oriented while presenting everything to me. I am extremely impressed with their warranty and prices they have to offer. I highly recommend DaBella if you are looking for a new roof or any repairs."

"Derek from Boldcoast Exteriors worked patiently with my wife to pick the perfect color roof. Everyone loves it. He was always available to answer questions. Once decided, the work was done quickly and meticulously. We are very happy with this company and plan to use them for future projects."

"Outstanding, professional, honest company. We were so pleased with the ease of the way Roof Masters took care of everything. They followed through with every detail and the staff was in communication with us on the timing and execution and Mark sent pictures while I was at work! I highly recommend Roof Masters for your repairs or replacements. They know what they are doing!"

"Job started a day later than scheduled due to their equipment being down. Job was originally scheduled for 5-7 days. Job actually took 2 weeks and salesman called into the third week saying the job was done. We have never had mold remediation done before and was selling our house. The explanation of how the job would go was vague at best. This is not a process we are familiar with having never been through it before. In the estimate there was a blanket statement of “any construction materials removed will not be replaced” (once again we were never explained anything about this process in regards to things being removed). Upon the job being completed the buyer noticed there was no mention of insulation replacement. We were 2 days from closing and had to hire someone to replace the insulation. The handyman hired to replace the insulation noticed other items had been removed by octagon. We were not left a list of items removed from the residence. I was just told by Matt Brown that “that’s why I gave you a referral of a weatherization company” for 8300$ one would think you might get a verbal explanation of items needing replacement or at least an itemized list. Hope we don’t need to go through this again because as Octagon will not be contacted again."

"The crew was great. They called ahead of time to make sure the day of the replacement was good for me. The work was excellent. They cleaned up my yard and left it the way they found it. I could not be more pleased with this construction company."

"I reached out to KCM due to a leak in our roof. Gage got back to me immediately and scheduled a time to come inspect that day. Two days later he had a team here to replace the shingles on our house. His team did an outstanding job and Gage kept us informed through the whole process, taking the time to walk me through the materials his team was using and giving me advice on maintaining the areas of our roof that weren’t being replaced."

"We used Axis previously for a kitchen and bath remodel, so we knew what to expect.  We were not disappointed.
The building of the house was complicated as it had to remain in the same footprint as a previous summer camp, is on a lake thus requiring special permitting, with other homes very close.
.
Adam and his crew were wonderful. Any delays were caused by permitting and inspections, weather seldom led to delays. During the initial building phase ,they were very respectful of the neighbor's property.  (This was not easy)

They installed the kitchen. The cabinets are of great quality and have many useful features. I have the cabinets from the same company  in a previous remodel that Axis did.  They are as good as new after 7 years.

Adam has a eye for design and found solutions from any problems that arose. They designed and built a beautiful staircase. I felt that it was a very collaborative relationship.  This relationship continues as I already have some improvements that I want to do in the spring.

Competent, reliable, reasonable, honest, respectful .

As you can tell from this review, we are very pleased with the outcome and really like Adam and all his crew .

"I was satisfied. I thought they did a great job. They definitely cleaned up after themselves and gave us heads up when they were going through each room. The project manager was very helpful. He took care of whatever complaints or things that needed to be addressed. He made sure it was done."
