They also replaced the Juliet balcony above my front porch with similar material. "I hired Fazio Construction based on reviews and photos of decks that had been previously built in my area. The built a Trexx deck for me, which was much sturdier than the previous deck. They were very clean, detail-oriented and delivered a high-quality finished product of excellent value. I recommended Fazio to my in-laws for the same project and they have been equally impressed by Fazio's work."

Everything was completed on time, exactly as promised, which made the entire process stress-free. They were incredibly easy to work with—responsive, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the entire project. They handled multiple projects for us, including our front porch, back deck, fireplace, and window replacements, and every single one came out beautifully. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and consistent across the board. Highly recommend!"

"As a brownstone dweller and small time landlord, I have lots of odds and ends that need doing. I have used Patrick s services for several jobs now, and am always so pleased with the results. Everything from sinking a fence post to repair my backyard fence, to gut-renovating a kitchen. He and his crew are knowledgeable, prompt, tidy and communicate effectively - - I never sit around waiting for somebody who does not show or calls an hour later to reschedule. Both I and my tenants are treated respectfully and always dealt with fairly. Patrick is a stand-up man and I recommend him whole-heartedly.
