They were on time for the appointment and were very thorough in their examination and pre-treatment. In the end, the carpets, and especially the stairs were cleaner than when we moved in! "Fantastic service. They had a cancellation and was able to schedule me quickly. Most of the downstairs was hardwood and we had planned to just have them refinish it since the previous owners of the house used Orange glow on the floors and ruined them horribly. The living room was the only downstairs room with carpet that needed to be replaced. We were going to replace it with more carpet but was surprised by the cost to carpet just that one room. JH was able to give me a quote to add hardwood to the living room too that would match the rest of the downstairs for not much more than carpet. Even with adding that extra task they still finished on schedule and within the quoted budget and the floor looks amazing. Everyone who sees the floors comments on how beautiful they look. Could not be more pleased."
